Who we are

Immersion Dynamics designs and builds sim racing hardware. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit immersiondynamics.eu, contact us, or buy from us.
We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
Data we collect
- When you contact us — your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message.
- When you order — name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, order details and invoice data. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
- When you browse — technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and, if you consent, analytics tools.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers we need to run the business, under contracts that protect your data:
- Website hosting – LimaCity
- Email – Mailerlite
- Payments – PayPal
We may also disclose data where required by law. If any provider transfers data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries — up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they lead to an order.
- Orders and invoices — as long as Slovenian tax and accounting law requires (typically 10 years for invoices), and for the duration of any warranty.
- Consent-based data — until you withdraw consent.
- Server logs — a short period set by our hosting provider, typically no longer than [30] days.
Google Services
Immersion Dynamics and Google user data
An application by Immersion Dynamics that lets us automate mail sending. This section explains how it handles data obtained through Google APIs.
How we use it. We use this data only to automate mail notifications. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models.
Sharing. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose it to third parties, except where needed to run the app (our hosting provider [LimaCity], under a data processing agreement), to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.
Storage and security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers in [EU/country], with access limited to Immersion Dynamics.
Retention and deletion. We keep your Google user data while your account is active. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your data deleted, email info@immersiondynamics.eu. We delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Limited Use. Immersion Dynamics’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work. Analytics or marketing cookies are only set if you agree in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” link in the footer or in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no reason for us to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise these rights, email us at info@immersiondynamics.eu. We will respond within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority: Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana — www.ip-rs.si.
Security
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to personal data is limited to people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy as our services change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
